Training
During the intensive academy training, the players reside at the partner academy with the other academy players. They have access to all the facilities in the academy. The goal is to nurture players to achieve their full potential and guide them towards their desired career path in professional football.

Trials

As a part of the initiative, Aperio provides opportunities to footballers to appear for trials with various clubs in Europe, mainly Portugal and Spain. Successful trials can lead to a full-fledged tenure with clubs across Europe.
